AREA IX LEADERBOARD AWARDS
An Area IX member can earn these awards outside of the area:
High Point Three-Day Horse
Donated by Elizabeth Stokes. Awarded to the horse ridden by an Area IX member who has accumulated the most USEA points at any CIC or CCI.
High Point Advanced Horse
Donated by Blue Haven Farm and Dr. Robert Schutt, Jr. Awarded to the horse ridden by an Area IX Member who has accumulated the most USEA points at the Advanced level, including points accumulated at the CC****/***** levels.
High Point Intermediate Horse
Donated by Lou Ann Wulf. Awarded to the horse ridden by an Area IX member who has accumulated the most USEA points at the Intermediate level, including points accumulated at the CC*** level.
High Point Young Rider
Donated by Beebee Draw. Awarded to the Area IX Young Rider who has accumulated the most USEA points.
Bassinger Bowl
Donated by Ken Matchett. Awarded to the Area IX rider who has accumulated the most USEA points from all recognized events at the Preliminary/CC** level and above. Must have completed at least one qualifying competition in Area IX.
Blue Money Award
Donated by Libby Stokes. Awarded to the Area IX owner of the horse(s) that have accumulated the most USEA points with a rider who is a member of Area IX.
AREA IX YEAR-END AWARDS
The following awards are based on points accumulated at Area IX USEA recognized events only. These points are tabulated based on the charts below.
Beg. Novice – Training Level points:
Prelim- Advanced points: (Beg. Novice 3-Day, Novice 3-Day follow Prelim Championship points. Training 3-Day follows Prelim 3-Day points.
Points will be halved for any divisions unable to complete all three phases due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
High Point Senior Rider
Donated by Strang Ranch. Awarded to the Area IX Senior Rider who has accumulated the most points at events in Area IX.
High Point Junior Rider
Donated by High Meadow Farm. Awarded to the Area IX Junior Rider who has accumulated the most points at events in Area IX.
High Point Adult Amateur Horse
Donated by Pinion Springs Farm. Awarded to the horse ridden by the Area IX Adult Amateur Owner who has accumulated the most points at events in Area IX.
High Point Starter Horse
Donated by Vicki Baker Eventing. Awarded to the Area IX horse that has accumulated the most Starter points in Area IX.
High Point Beginner Novice Horse
Donated by Courtney Antrim in memory of Helen Beale. Awarded to the Area IX horse that has accumulated the most Beginner Novice points in Area IX.
High Point Novice Horse
Donated by Beebee Draw. Awarded to the Area IX horse who has accumulated the most Novice points in Area IX.
High Point Training Horse
Donated by Avery Ranch. Awarded to the Area IX horse who has accumulated the most Training level points in Area IX.
High Point Modified Horse
Donated by Allison Murphy. Awarded to the Area IX horse that has accumulated the most Modified points in Area IX.
High Point Preliminary Horse
Donated by Ridgeview Ranch. Awarded to the Area IX horse who has accumulated the most Preliminary level points in area IX.
High Point Horse at Two Levels
Donated by Centennial Pony Club. Awarded to the Area IX horse who has accumulated the most points at two levels in Area IX. Includes levels: Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice, Training, Modified, Preliminary, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Non Points Based Awards:
Area IX Young Rider’s Sportsmanship Award
Donated by the Fortmann Family and Ed Dyson, is not points-based and will be awarded by Area IX Young Riders at the Area IX Awards Ceremony.
